Modern industrialized society chronically and pervasively objectifies the female body, and many women have come to view themselves through the lens of an external observer, habitually monitoring their own appearance whether in public or private settings. Given the negative effects associated with self-objectification—such as body shame, appearance anxiety, depression, and disordered eating—an empirically based approach to researching and counteracting self-objectification is critical.

That Sounds like a personal problem…. Have you ever observed chickens in a pen? Roosters and Hens have totally different behavior inherently. As far as “self-image”, I’m not responsible for someone being ugly, fat, smelly or even if they exhibit criminal behavior, and I won’t be convinced otherwise, that being said, I don’t go around calling them names or trying to make them feel bad, but don’t expect me to lie and tell them that they’re pretty either….

“Modern industrialized society chronically and pervasively objectifies the female body” sounds like a personal problem to you? Not a problem that is more or less caused by society?

“Roosters and Hens have totally different behavior inherently.”; what behavior are you referring to and how does this translate to humans, female objectification and self image?

“I won’t be convinced otherwise” How reasonable and free thinking of you (NOT). Seems like you also believe in classical free will (unreasonable because it requires a dualist notion of the self). You are not even willing to consider the possibility that you are wrong.

“I don’t go around calling them names or trying to make them feel bad”
But you do feel the need to repost this bullshit image on your blog. Have you considered that maybe images like this contribute to the problems with objectification and self image?

Your thinking is clearly restricted by conservative ideas. Maybe you should change the name of your blog
